How early should I arrive?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and get settled. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for his/her next appointment. Also, please allow time for boat and tram transportation within the hotel.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, however we are unable to guarantee availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
Is there someone who will help me decide what treatments are best for me?
Our Program Advisors can assist you in planning a program that best suits your needs. Appointments are available with these Advisors.
Should I let someone know about my allergies, ailments, or disabilities?
Yes, absolutely! Especially if you have high blood pressure, allergies or you are pregnant. Please notify our Program Adivsor at the time of booking.
What should I wear for my treatment?
As you will be draped during treatments, suggested dress for massage and most other treatments is simply a robe. Under garments may be worn if preferred.
Should I bring my valuables?
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the safe provided in your hotel room. We cannot assume any liability for valuables.
How can I ensure a fabulous experience?
Communicate. Talking with your technicians will enable them to customize your services to ensure your satisfaction.
What is the age requirement?
Our spa is an adult enclave. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests be at least 16 years of age to enjoy our facilities. We do offer Keiki and Teen services at the spa in a limited area.
May I bring my mobile phone?
In consideration of other guests, we ask that all mobile phones and cameras be turned off and stored away while in treatment areas, restrooms, locker rooms and relaxation areas. Silent reading devices are allowed if they do not disturb others.
