Fitness Center

Our beautifully-appointed Pilates/Yoga Studio accommodates all yoga, Pilates and meditation programs.

Our complete line of strength training and cardiovascular equipment includes PreCor dumbbells, elliptical trainers, treadmills, steppers, and recumbent and upright bikes. All machines are equipped with integrated televisions by Cardio Theater.

Enjoy access to our stadium tennis court and pickleball facility.

Fitness Classes

Core & Cycle

Fusion class combining high intensity cycle workout with core exercises.  Part of class is spent on the bike, building endurance and breaking a sweat.  The other part is off the bike strengthening core.   

Kohala Spin

This cardiovascular indoor cycling class takes you through different profiles and intensity stages. Good for all levels of experience.

Experience "letting go" and being at peace with "what is" to achieve total relaxation in clear awareness. Various meditation practices offered.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a dynamic practice linking breath and movement.  Traditional postures are connected by intentional transitions to create and experience of meditation and motion. 

Yin Flow
Allow your body to melt into more passively held stretches that typify yin yoga.  Moving mindfully from one pose to the next you will feel the natural progression of practice from beginning to end.
