How do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. using United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. Shipping charges within the U.S. are shown in the table below. U.S. orders over $250.00 will receive free shipping. For orders outside the U.S., we use United States Postal Service - International Priority which costs $70.00 shipment to Canada/Mexico and $100.00 to all other countries.

How long does shipping take?
Due to the unique nature of our products and their limited availability, we are not able to ensure a consistent supply to fill all orders immediately and may have to wait up to two weeks or more before shipping your order. For U.S. orders, please allow 7 to 10 days for order processing and delivery. For International orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for order processing and delivery. During our Holiday Season and due to heavy demand, new supplies of Coco Mango and Golden Bamboo products are being prepared. Although orders continue to be processed, Christmas delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed. 

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes.  Simply enter the shipping address when you are checking out.  There is a second address form under the first address form on the check out page.

Can I order gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.
