Question: How do you ship?
Answer: We ship within the U.S. using United States
Postal Service - Priority Mail. Shipping charges within the U.S. are shown in the table below. U.S. orders over $200.00 will receive free shipping. For orders outside the U.S., we use United
States Postal Service - International Priority which costs
$35.00 for all orders.

Question: I received a message at
check out stating "Error 2005: Email hasn't been
configured properly". What should I do?
Answer: Your order has been successfully processed,
though you did not receive a confirmation. Please use the
Contact Us link towards the top of this page to send us a
message with your name and email address. We will send you
a copy of your order confirmation via email.
Question: Can I ship to a different
address than my billing address?
Answer: Yes. Simply enter the shipping address
when you are checking out. There is a second address
form under the first address form on the check out page.
Question: How long does shipping
take?
Answer: Please allow 5 to 7 business days (November,
December - 4 to 6 weeks) to receive your order if it is sent
to an address within the U.S. For international orders, please
allow 5 to 8 weeks for order processing and delivery. PLEASE
NOTE: The
United States Postal Service has informed us of long waits
involved in the delivery of all packages due to new security
measures and other events. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause.
Question: Can I order gift wrapping?
Answer: Gift wrapping is not available at this
time.
