*Aqua Fit
Fun, low-impact water workout for cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
Join us at the Kona Pool. Children accompanied by their parents are
welcomed.

 

*Buddha Point Outdoor Walk & Abs
Starting at Kohala Spa, you will enjoy a fast-paced walk around the paths
of Hilton Waikoloa with resistance components/stations. Halfway through
the adventure at Buddha Point, there will be a 5 minute abdominal work
before returning to Kohala Spa.

 

Gyrokinesis®
Embracing some of the key principles found in yoga, dance, swimming, and
Tai-Chi, Julio Horvathís methodology invigorates and re-educates the body
to move with fluidity, relaxation, and power by gently working the joints
and muscles through rhythmic exercises and breathing patterns.

 

Indoor Spinning
This cardiovascular Spinning class takes you through different profiles and
intensity levels. For all levels!

 

*Outdoor Circuit Adventure
Starting at Kohala Spa, a fast-paced walking circuit around the resort
grounds with alternating walking and resistance components/stations.

 

*Pilates Mat Work
Reshape and renew your body. Build core strength and flexibility with a
carefully sequenced group of gentle rehabilitative exercises.

 

Right to ‘Bare’ Arms
This class emphasizes the toning and sculpting of arms and upper body to
prepare the way for a sleeveless summer. Look fantastic with the moves
you will learn to carry you through the summer and into the fall.

 

Sports Yoga - Ashtanga Style
Sports Yoga for life is for individuals who are currently practicing yoga or
are engaged in a vigorous athletic activity.

 

Yoga - Hatha Style
Experience of the union of mind and body through inner focus and
conscious stretching. Suitable for everybody to achieve balance, strength,
and relaxation.

 

The following classes are offered in the Wellness Package only —

 

Meditation
Present moment awareness and total relaxation allows one to experience
a deep sense of union with one’s inner essence. Various practices of
meditation will be offered.

 

Tai Chi
A moving meditation, Chinese health exercise, a spiritual practice and
more! Slow, gentle movements coordinated with each breath reintegrate
the body, mind and spirit.

 

Chi Kung (Qigong)
An ancient Chinese health maintenance system and an effective practice
that promotes relaxation, rejuvenation, and anti-aging effects.
