Mountain Naupaka is grown on the slopes of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Kohala volcanoes and the beach Naupaka off the shores of the Kohala Coast. When both varieties are placed together in unity, the two blossoms form one perfect flower. Your Kohala Spa experience will unite you with the heritage of your surroundings. General Information
Our spa is a luxurious 25,000 square
foot facility which includes many amenities. During your spa visit, you will be provided with robes and slippers for your comfort and enjoyment while in the Spa. Amenities also include Private men's and women's locker rooms each with their own steam room, sauna, outdoor garden jacuzzi and lounge area.
The Kohala Spa features an exclusive selection
of specialized massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, salon services and fitness & wellness classes.

Hotel guests may call directly from their room by dialing
extension 1260. Non-hotel guests are welcome.
Check-In
We recommend you arrive at least
30 minutes prior to your first appointment to review
your schedule and to take full advantage of our facilities.
Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened
to allow the technician to be on time for his/her next
appointment.
Kohala Spa is located
on the ground floor in the Lagoon Tower at Hilton
Waikoloa Village. Please allow time for resort boat
and tram schedules.
Health Concerns
Please inform the program advisors
if you have any medical conditions, have had recent
surgery, have hypertension or are pregnant.
Communicate with us. Talking with
your therapist will help to customize your services
to ensure your maximum enjoyment and health.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To avoid charges, please honor our
four-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellation
made with less than four hours notice will be subject
to a 50% fee. A 24-hour notice for package cancellation
is required, or 50% of the package price is charged.

Gratuity
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is automatically applied to all services, including packages and distributed to the staff.
